Because we want to protect our planet from unnecessary environmental burdens, we do NOT offer free returns. Free returns often encourage customers to make more impulsive purchases, which, in about 80% of cases, need to be returned.

To help you easily find the perfect size for your favorite styles, we have developed the LANASIA FITGUIDE. With our Fitguide, we provide recommendations for your perfect match. IN CASE IT DOESN'T WORK OUT...

Those who purchase LANASIA products should feel beautiful and confident in our sustainable styles. To achieve that, the size must fit perfectly. Therefore, we understand that sometimes it simply doesn't work. You have the option to return items to us within 14 days*.

*Please be sure to follow the return conditions for items to be returned:

• The return policy only applies to unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the labels still attached. 
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. 
• The return MUST arrive at our end within 14 days of receipt by the customer; otherwise, a refund will be given in the form of store credits (voucher). 
• For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice must be attached to the outside of the package, and the package must be marked with the word "RETURN" (handwritten is sufficient). Otherwise, the package cannot be accepted. 

EXCEPTION: SALE ITEMS

According to Swiss law, there is no legal obligation to accept returns for sale items. However, we care deeply about your satisfaction, which is why we have decided to accept returns for sale items as well.

For returned sale items, you will receive store credits (vouchers) for our online shop.

The voucher code will be sent to you via email shortly after we receive the return, within 2 to 3 days.

What you must absolutely know:

• The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
• Unpaid packages will not be accepted. 
• For tote bags that are not returned, we will charge a fee of 5.- Euros.
