1. Wake up with a positive thought

3 Start your day with a refreshing yoga exercise
Stand on both feet, take a deep breath, stretch your arms up and feel happiness and energy flow through your body. Continue stretching until you are standing on your toes and exhale as you slowly roll your upper body over your knees to the floor. Now place your right foot in front of your left and balance in this position. These exercises are tremendously important for a stable core and healthy spine. By stretching regularly, you will get to know your body better and develop a feeling for your favorite exercises.
