Shipping is worldwide from our warehouse in Germany with DHL. Delivery times are between 2-5 business days depending on the country of delivery. From 100 € we offer free shipping.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking data of your order. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

How do I care for my products?
We have selected the recycled fabrics for our products because of their environmental balance, unique texture and robustness to environmental influences. We recommend LANASIA products to be washed gently by hand.
.How do I start my return request?
We understand that sometimes it just doesn't fit. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the goods. Please refer to our return policy. You can use the return form via support@lanasia.com.
What is the return policy?
We gladly accept returns in original condition (unworn, with tags and inserts attached). All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued via the selected payment method. If you wish to make an exchange, our customer service will be happy to assist you. All products marked as discounted are excluded from return. If the size does not fit, we will allow an exchange in store credits for our online store as a gesture of goodwill.
When will my order be processed?
Our team requests 1-2 business days for package processing. Once your package has been processed, you will receive an email with confirmation of the tracking number.
